Enchiladas Ole - North Richland Hills

This is a second Enchiladas Ole location for this local business owner, and she and her family serve up great tasting Enchiladas in a fun and festive environment.

The menu includes Tacos, Burritos and Tostadas, but Enchiladas is really what this place is all about. Filling choices includes Ground Beef, Chicken, Brisket, Cheese, and Grilled Veggies, and they’re topped with your choice of 7 Sauces. If you’re avoiding Gluten, the Verde Sauce is Gluten Free, and if you’re on a Keto diet, they offer your choice of Brisket or Chicken, Monterey Jack & Cheddar Cheese over two Avocado Halves.

I selected the Brisket Enchiladas topped with their Hatch Chili Sauce. These were next level! The Brisket is tender and smoky and can rival some of the local BBQ joints, but the Hatch Sauce really puts it over the top! It’s so full of flavor, with the right amount of heat and the rice and beans bring everything together. I want to try some of the other combinations, but I doubt I can not order the Brisket with Hatch Chili when I visit. Maybe I can just get one and try a second of a different mix.

There a 2 and 3 Enchilada Combos which all come with very flavorful Rice and Beans, and you can satisfy your sweet tooth with Flan, Tres Leches Cake, Strawberry Cheesecake or Key Lime Pie!
